As CTO for Microsoft Federal Jason Payne is responsible for creating and driving technology and solution strategies that to enable digital transformation across the federal government in civilian, defense, and intelligence verticals within Microsoft and across partner ecosystems. Prior to joining Microsoft Jason was a vice president at CGI Federal where he served as the leader of the US Digital Transformation practice. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Virginia Tech.
