Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit card, purchase order or check. For purchase orders and/or checks, please make them out to:

Once registered, do I need to sign up for the sessions and/or workshops that I would like to attend?

During the registration process (for those attendees that paid for workshops), you are required to select the workshop(s) that you'd like to attend. If you change your mind, you can modify your registration or reach out to [email protected] in order to update your workshop selection.

Registration for technical sessions is not required. Simply attend whatever you’d like! If you are in a session and you feel that it is not meeting your expectations, please feel free to go to another one that is more suitable for you.

What do I need to check in at registration on-site at the venue?

Once your registration is complete, all you need to do is bring either your printed confirmation or an ID and we will print you an attendee badge at the registration desk. Simple as that!

If I am registering a group, is there a discount?

Yes!
Save 10% when registering 3-6 people with code: GROUP3-6.
Save 15% when registering 7-9 people with code: GROUP7-9.
Save 20% when registering 10 or more people with code: GROUP10+.
All discount code usage will be verified.

Do government, education or nonprofit employees get discounts?

If you register for the conference as an employee of a U.S., state, or local government agency, educational or nonprofit organization, you may be eligible for a discount. The following discount codes are in effect:

FEDGOV - 18% discount for employees of federal agencies or the military

STATEGOV - 18% discount for employees of state agencies

LOCALGOV - 18% discount for employees of city, county or regional agencies including public educational institutions.

NONPROF - 18% discount for employees of nonprofit organizations.

Use one of the above codes at checkout. The email address domain of the registrant will need to belong to a government entity (such as .gov, .mil, .edu .org etc.)

Additional Group Discount: If you are registering 3 or more people you may use the code GOVGROUP - 28% discount for employees of the government, educational organization, or nonprofit registering 3 or more people from their organization.

Can I cancel or transfer my registration if I am unable to attend?

Your conference registration is non-refundable. However, you may transfer it to a colleague or apply it to a future TechCon 365 event within 12 months. To request a transfer, please notify us at least one week before the event. Note that unused registrations or no-shows are not eligible for transfer. If unforeseen circumstances, such as a pandemic, government restrictions, or regulations on travel, hotels or facilities, your registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled conference date. Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled event, you can transfer your registration to a colleague or the next conference by informing us. For assistance, email [email protected].

Can I access the speaker presentations / slide deck uploads prior to the conference?

The slide deck link will be available one week prior to the conference. We HIGHLY recommend downloading slides ahead of time! Slide decks will NOT be available during conference hours due to their file size and the link will be temporarily hidden to optimize Wi-Fi bandwidth. However, they will be accessible at the end of each conference day. Workshop slides are optional for speakers, but some may provide them. Slides will remain available for 30 days after the conference. If you do not see a particular slide deck that you are looking for, please email [email protected].

Will sessions be recorded, and where can I view them.

While sessions from our in-person conference will not be recorded, the speakers' slide decks will be made available to you for 30 days after the event.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual is appropriate for this type of event.

Will meals be provided?

Coffee and Tea will be provided all day. Lunch will be provided.

CEU's and CEC's

Our agenda generally meets the requirements for CEU's and CEC's, but it is up to your governing organization to approve them We suggest you submit a copy of our agenda to your organization for pre-approval.

Does TechCon 365 cover any expenses for travel or parking?

Travel and parking arrangements are the sole responsibility of the attendee.

Code of Conduct

We do not tolerate harassment of speakers, conference participants, or staff in any form during conference sessions, on the exhibit hall floor, or at any other officially sanctioned conference events. All communications and interactions should be appropriate for a professional audience. Comments or images that are defamatory, slanderous, libelous, discriminatory (on the basis of age, race, color, creed, body size, gender or gender preference), obscene or constitute sexual harassment are prohibited. Conference attendees are also prohibited from verbally abusing or physically accosting the conference staff, speakers, or other delegates. Conference participants violating these guidelines are expected to comply immediately and may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund or liability at the discretion of the Conference Organizers.
