End-user adoption is arguably the hardest part of a deployment process. There is no one operation that applies to every organization or department but with the right tools, mindset, and workflows every company can execute successful adoption of any project or application. In this session, we will explore statistics surrounding adoption, formulating a plan for adoption, and lessons learned from real-world trials.
