Lauri is a Principal Customer Experience Program Manager at Microsoft and a member of the OneDrive SharePoint engineering team where she's been focused on customer engagements since the beginning of the SPO service. Her current role is working with customers on our latest feature sets primarily in the portal and content management spaces including working on Syntex/SharePoint Premium features and on our newest AI-driven content solutions.
