There are a number of analytics within the M365 Admin center that help understand users' adoption and use of Copilot. This session will explore the analytics and will cover: what you get with Entra AD vs Insights, what are the most common places users take actions, what are the typical prompts being used within the organization. Understanding how your users are interacting allows you to create campaigns for better adoption stickiness while helping to discover where Copilot isn't being used. Create some clarity in your organization and make better decisions using the data that is provided already.
