Michelle Boyd is Head of Delivery Excellence with over 15 years' experience as a technical program and project manager. Michelle has spent the last decade in management consulting, her expertise spans program, product and project management delivering everything from design and creative programs to technical application and implementation programs, as well as change management and adoption programs.
Michelle holds an MBA, PMP and SIDL certifications. She has authored an eBook on establishing a Project Management Office (PMO) and has been a speaker at Microsoft Tech Con, as well as various industry events and conferences.
Residing in Snohomish, Washington, Michelle is an oenophile and yoga enthusiast, bringing a balanced and thoughtful approach to both her professional and personal life.
